This web site has been designed with two separate options to view the company information:
1. High bandwidth Site
The High bandwidth web site has been designed primarily for viewing with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 (IE 5), utilizing XML, to create some interactive effects, and to enhance the display of the information.
Version 4 browsers such as IE 4 and Netscape 4, should be able to view the interactive site, though the interactive functions will not operate.
Some users of IE 5 may have trouble with the speed of access to the pages due to the speed of their connection to the Internet, or the general traffic on the Internet backbone.
IE 5 can be downloaded for free from the Microsoft web site (www.microsoft.com)

2. Text-only Site
The text-only site should be able to be viewed on most browsers, however old. This site does not use any graphics or tables.
This site is also good for users who have a slow connection to the Internet, or who want to view the text content without any pictures or animation.
This site has been designed to be viewed in 800x600 resolution. This should allow the pages to fit the width of the screen, and allow all text to be read easily.
If you do not know what resolution your monitor is set to click below to take our resolution test:
(requires JavaScript enabled browser)
Note for Windows 95/98 users: If you found that you are not operating in 800x600 resolution, and would like to change, please follow these instructions:

On the Control Panel click the Display icon.
From within the Display properties, select the Settings tab (usually found on the top right).
At the bottom right of Settings click on the slide rule of the Screen Area, and move it across until you see 800x600 pixels below the rule.
Click apply. Depending on how you operating system has been set up, you will be asked to either accept the change, of to restart the computer.
If you are using a different operating system, please consult your user manual or on screen help, to show you how to change your display settings.
High bandwidth Site
If you are having difficulty in printing from the high bandwidth site, please ensure that your printer is on, is connected properly, and has the correct drivers installed.
Some browsers or printers may have trouble printing the white writing. If this is the case, try printing the associated text-only pages from the text-only homepage.
Both sites use text links at the top of each page to help navigate the site. There are also some links within pages and at the bottom of each page to help enhance navigation.

The speed of access to the site and download speed of pages can depend on a number of factors:
- Speed of the Internet - backbone traffic
- Computer resources - modem speed and processing ability
- Size of web cache
- Speed of Web server
Speed of Internet
At certain times of day, the Internet backbone can become congested, with too much information being transferred across the Internet at any one time.
There is little that can be done about this, apart from accessing the Internet at off-peek times (e.g. in the morning in Europe or at night in the USA).
The speed of your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) access to the Internet may also be a factor. Even if you have a fast modem, you may only be able to connect to your provider through a slow connection. Check with your ISP to see how your access speed can be improved.
Computer Resources
If you have a slow modem (e.g. is transfers data at 28,800 bits/s or lower), them access to pages and images may take up to 30 seconds.
Also if you have a slow processor or limited hard drive space, this may slow down the speed of your access.
Web Cache
Your browser may have a web cache which enables you to store web pages for viewing offline. If you have been online for a long period and visited many different sites, your web cache may get full, and prevent any further pages from being downloaded.
If this happens access the cache, and delete the contents. This will free up space, and allow you to continue browsing the Internet.
Another option, would be to change the setting of the cache to increase the size of it, allowing for more of the hard drive to be used.
Depending on your browser, you may be able to set up your cache to be automatically deleted when you close your browser, preventing the build up of files within it.
For more information about the cache, see your browser documentation, or help file.
Web Server
The speed of access to the site can be affected by the speed of the server that hosts the site and the amount of concurrent users trying to access the pages.
